  • Basic rental cost range between $1000-$3200. Additional services and equipment are available at additional cost. For a detailed price list please contact us using the link on the Contact Us page.

  • We offer cakes and catering onsite and will be happy to give you a quote. However, you are not required to use us. We do recommend that you choose a caterer that is Serv-Safe compliant.

  • Alcohol is allowed. We do charge a $300 fee if alcohol is onsite. This fee is used to hire a security guard and covers any extra clean up needed.

  • To book your date, you will need to fill out a contract and pay a $500 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. Once your rental balance is paid in full, the deposit will become your security deposit that will be returned within 2 weeks after the event if no damages occur.

  • The rental cost includes a variety of decorations, 2 arbors, 2 speaker, lapel microphone, bluetooth handheld microphones, projector and screen, full kitchen, bride and grooms dressing rooms, also inside tables and chairs.

  • Full day rents - 7am-midnight

    Half day - any 8 consecutive hours between 8am-10pm

    Extra hours -$100/hr

    No extra hours can be purchased after midnight

  • To protect the animals and grounds, we do not allow the release of balloons, or sky lanterns. The shooting of fireworks is also prohibited. We do allow sparklers in the gravel areas.
